Welcome to the Carleton Adult Hockey League (CAHL), the premier destination for adult hockey enthusiasts in Ottawa! Hosted at the state-of-the-art Carleton University Ice House, our league boasts two NHL-sized ice surfaces and top-notch facilities.

League Highlights:

• Seasons: We offer year-round play with two main seasons: Winter (September-April) and Summer (May-August).
• Game Days: Games are scheduled from Sunday to Friday evenings (with Saturdays when needed), ensuring flexibility for all participants.
• Skill Levels: Our league caters to various skill levels with multiple divisions, promoting fair and competitive play.

Games played Sunday through Friday, with some Saturdays.

6pm to midnight (11pm last start). Sunday's start early afternoon.

Carleton Women’s Adult Hockey League (CWAHL)

Tuesday evenings (with some games on other nights)

6pm to midnight (11pm last start)

Two seasons; winter (September-April) and summer (May-August)

Both Leagues offer:

Multiple divisions based on skill level, all levels are non-contact

Player Stats and game results updated after every game
